Description:
FU29 is a composite tube encapsulating two beam power tetrodes in the same glass shell. It is used in parallel single-ended Class A output power amplifier, which is to use a unit with the same parameters in a tube in parallel. FU29 filament voltage is 6.3V, current is 2.25A, plate voltage is 600V, screen grid voltage is 200V, zero signal plate current is 40mA, full signal current is 110mA. The grid bias voltage is -18V, the optimal load impedance of plate to screen grid is 13750Ω, and the output power (effective value) of single-end reaches 10W when connected in parallel.

The circuit of this machine is simple. A 6N2 composite tube is used for preamplification, so that a single channel can use 6N2 and a FU29 to complete the power amplifier task, with a single-ended Class A power output of more than 10W. Actual driving force and hearing sense are better than that of 300B.

It is compact and unique in shape, but strong in driving. Do not use the power of ordinary transistors or digital power amplifiers to analogize the actual driving strength of this tube power amplifier, because the high supply voltage and unique output transformer structure have relatively small changes in the output internal resistance for high and low frequency signals. It features excellent low-frequency driving ability, and the sound is soft and smooth, warm and delicate.
