Description:
- The working principle of anti backflow inverters is to use a specific circuit design to monitor the output current of the inverter in real time, and to cut off or close the circuit connection as needed to control the backflow phenomenon.
- Specifically, when the output current of the photovoltaic inverter exceeds the load demand, the relay will automatically cut off the circuit connection between the photovoltaic module and the inverter output terminal, preventing the flow of reverse current. At the same time, the loop current control circuit monitors the current at the output of the inverter and controls the action of the relay based on the magnitude of the current. Once the current drops below the set threshold, the relay will close, restoring normal circuit connections and allowing the inverter system to resume operation.
- In addition, some anti-backflow inverters can also control the inverter to prevent reverse power by monitoring voltage and current, or by detecting reverse power through power factor and voltage current phase difference. Once a reverse flow or reverse power phenomenon is detected, the inverter will quickly adjust the output power to ensure that the electrical energy no longer flows back, but continues to contribute to the power grid.
