Using Steps:
1. Clean the visual insemination gun with alcohol and alcohol cotton, to ensure that it is entirely sterilized and the camera is clear.
2. Wash and disinfect the vulva of mother pig with warm water. Wipe with a damp cloth after cleaning to ensure no residue remains.
3. Put thawed insemination tube into the gun, using the traditional way.  
4. Turn on the device and ensure that its image is clear. Insert the insemination gun into the vulva of mother pig with upwards angle. And then insert horizontally into the body until you see uterine.
5. Keep the visual insemination gun stayed still, and insert insemination needle into the gun via the insemination needle channel. Make sure that the head of the needle reaches to the uterine by checking screen image.
6. Rotate to insert the insemination needle into the animal's uterus. Make sure that it has reached to the bottom of the uterus. And then push the semen in the insemination needle to the uterus slowly. (Attention: If it reaches too deeply into the uterus, the semen might stay in the corner of the uterus, reducing conception rate.)
7. After finishing insemination process, withdraw the insemination gun slowly. Press ON/OFF button to make it vibrated, promoting the contraction of the uterus and facilitating conception. After the insemination gun is removed from the mother's vagina, wipe it off with a clean, damp cloth and disinfect with alcohol cotton. Finally, the gun is packaged and stored in a designated container.
