Function setting method:
1, hold down the "ON / OF" button to the load connected to the 12V power supply, wait for self-test and display Fun * (* is the same number below) Release "ON / OF",
turn the knob to switch functions: Fun1 general Constant current test load; Fun2 adapter automation test; Fun3 battery capacity and internal resistance test.

2, Select the good press the "ON / OF" button to enter the buzzer setting, turn the knob to set: bEOn buzzer enabled;

Fun1 General constant current test load: This function is suitable for simple test and aging of power adapter
The first line of voltage display: when the four-wire reliable access to display accurate test input four-wire voltage,
(no wire loss) is not connected to the four-wire load voltage at the input terminal (there is a certain line loss).
The second line of current display: digital flashing set state. In the non-operation setting state (2 seconds after setting operation) Actual current is displayed

Setting method: Turn the knob to adjust the current, press the knob to switch the setting position: 1A or 0.1A, the current setting bit will flash to remind.
Setting complete Click the "ON / OF" button to start or stop the load.

Abnormal stop test: When the tested adapter input voltage is too low, the actual current can not reach the set current, the buzzer will continue to be short, automatically stop the test after more than 3 seconds.
Fun2 Adapter Automated Test: This function automatically detects the status of the adapter under test by presetting the test time, the allowable voltage range and the test current, and automatically executes a cycle test process and instructs the test result according to the voltage condition during testing.

The first line after power-on displays the setting status, the digital blinking setting order is test time *** t, high voltage limit **. * H, low voltage limit **. * L (refer to the specific operating section of the knob ), The input voltage is displayed when setting the current.
The second line shows: set the current display current setting, the test shows the actual current starts, the other state shows "---"
Setting method: Turn the knob to set the value, press the knob to modify the setting position, test time *** t (seconds, range 3 to 999), high voltage limit **. * H (V, ≤22.0V ),
 Low voltage limit **. * L (V, ≥ 1.0V), high voltage limit and low voltage limit must be more than 0.3V,
test current **. * (A, the range of 0.2-20.0A can be set by High voltage limit corresponding to the power limit). Knob rotation and pressing are invalid during testing.
After setting, press "ON / OF" button to start or stop
The input voltage is displayed during the test status, "PASS", "U-HI", "U-Lo" (insufficient adapter current) are displayed after the test is completed.
Fun3 battery capacity and resistance test: capacity test function according to the set current to the battery discharge to the set voltage stops, the statistical capacity Ah, energy capacity

     Wh, discharge time min, discharge average voltage and average current.


Capacity test:
- The first line after power on shows the current battery voltage under test.
- The second line shows the current setting status, the digit to be set flashes.
- The L4-0K light is on during the four-wire test and off when the two wires are on.
- Turn the knob to set the current when the state is set, short press the knob to switch the setting position, short press the knob shell to enter the termination voltage **. * E setting after the current setting is completed.
After setting, press "ON / OF" button to start, the first line can display voltage V, capacity AH, energy capacity WH, time min can be independently checked by turning the knob.

The second line shows the test process shows the actual current, the average current shows after the test.
Short press the button to stop the test, long press the button to clear the data.
Shortly press the button to stop the alarm after completing the test automatically. Short press the button again to exit the result display and clear the data.
After the test is completed, rotate the knob to switch to display the test data, press the knob is invalid. (After the test is completed if the test battery capacity is less than 1AH does not show the average voltage)

Startup abnormal state:

    Err1: Battery voltage is too high.

    Err2: The battery voltage is lower than the set termination voltage, the connection is not reliable or the reverse polarity.

    Err3: After the battery is loaded, the battery voltage drops rapidly below the termination voltage, the connection line is too thin or too long, and the battery quality is poor.


The internal resistance test function uses the DC short pulse compensation algorithm, which is accurate to 0.1mΩ for a battery with an internal resistance of 80mΩ, 0.01mΩ for a battery with a current of 9mΩ when the 5A pulse is enabled (5A pulse is enabled only when the internal resistance is low) .

Internal resistance test:
In the capacity test mode setting state, long press the knob to enter the internal resistance test mode.
When the battery voltage is higher than 1V to start the test automatically (RUN is on), pay attention to the reliable four-wire connection and the line should be short and thick.
The first line shows: battery four-wire test voltage.
The second line shows: r1A The r5A (Auto 5A pulse) can be activated by adjusting the knob.
Press the "ON / OF" button to exit the internal resistance test function, long press the button is invalid.
