Description:

The four-in-one inverter refrigerator tester is developed for after-sales maintenance personnel of home appliances. It is small, light, and full-featured. It is a special maintenance tool that is convenient to carry. It can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce misjudgments.

Functions:
1. Directly start inverter refrigerator compressor (also suitable for refrigerator inverter compressor).
2. Directly drive a refrigerator inverter board.
3. Judge whether the bistable pulse valve is good or bad.

Instructions:

1. Frequency Conversion Board Detection:
Connect inverter plate test line of the detector to the communication interface of the variable frequency board of the refrigerator (before testing, ensure that the inverter board has 220v power supply). Turn on the power switch of the detector, the detector will automatically match the parameters of the variable frequency board, and the compressor can be started directly after the matching is correct.

If the compressor is started, it can be judged that both the compressor and the inverter board are normal. If the compressor does not start, use the compressor detection function to detect the compressor. (Note that once the compressor is started, you need to wait 3-5 minutes for the system pressure to be balanced before the test is performed again.)

2. Inverter Compressor Testing:
Connect the compressor detection line of the detector to a refrigerator compressor. Turn on the detector, the detector will automatically match the compressor parameters, and the compressor can be started directly after the match is correct. If the compressor does not start, it can be judged that the compressor is malfunctioning. (Note that once the compressor is started, it will take 3-5 minutes to wait for the pressure to be balanced before the test is performed again.)

3. Pulse Solenoid Valve Detection:

Connect the solenoid valve detection line of the detector to the solenoid valve interface, press the solenoid valve detection red and green buttons respectively, and detect the solenoid valve twice to determine whether it is good or bad. (Note that the tester outputs DC220 pulse voltage, please not touch it during use. The broken tester has a short-circuit protection function, and a short-circuit at the output terminal will not damage the tester.

4. Frequency Adjustment:
- After the compressor is started, turn the frequency adjustment knob to change the compressor frequency!
- It is easy to observe the operating status of each frequency band of the compressor!
