Description:

Powered by DC48V and current up to 85A, it is a 4000W induction heater. It is mainly used for the heating and quenching of small ferrous metal materials.

Features:

- 2mm PCB with copper 2OZ in thickness. Large current with excellent heat dissipation performance
- The heating coil is wrapped with high temperature resistant thermal insulation material to prevent short circuits during heating
- With high-current power terminals, the input end can be directly connected to a dedicated 100A power meter
- 180mm 220V cooling fan
- Water pump for heating coil is included

Note:
- Please make sure that your power supply stably output current above 80A. Usually, 2pcs 50A communication power supplies can be used in parallel.
- Please plug the power supply first. Wait a few seconds for the power supply to stabilize before turning on the power between the power supply and the board. 100A air switch is recommended. Please follow the above step or the main board will be damaged. When shutting down, first turn off the switch between the motherboard and the power supply, and then turn off the power switch.
- Water cooling and air cooling must work at the same time. If any of them does not work, you should immediately disconnect the power and contact us for solutions.
- If it is possible, get cold water in and hot water directly drained without circulation, so the heat dissipation effect will be better.
- Please prepare spare crucibles by yourself.
- It can be used with multimeters, when the voltage, current and the temperature of the main board are displayed abnormally, please disconnect the power.
