Description:

AD9914 is a direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) with a built-in 12 digital-to-analog converter and a target operating rate of up to 3.5 GSPS. This device adopts advanced DDS technology, together with high-speed, high-performance digital-to-analog converters, to form a digitally programmable complete high-frequency synthesizer, capable of generating frequency agile analog output sine waves up to 1.4 GHz. AD9914 is designed to provide fast frequency hopping and precise tuning resolution (32-bit in standard mode, 64-bit in programmable modulus mode). This device also implements fast phase and amplitude frequency hopping. Frequency tuning and control words are loaded into AD9914 through serial or parallel I/O ports. It also supports working in a user-defined linear sweep mode, which can generate highly linear sweep waveform of frequency, phase or amplitude. In addition, a high-speed parallel data input port is integrated to support the high data rate of the polar modulation scheme and the fast programming of phase, frequency and amplitude tuning words.

2. Adopt STM32F401+ADF4350+AD9914 (ADF4350 provides 3.5GHZ local oscillator signal, ADF4350 uses 10MHZ temperature compensated crystal oscillator).
3. The power supply adopts +5V/2A.
4. Output frequency range: 1MHZ-1GHZ (sine wave output), if the customer needs frequency below 1MHZ, please explain in advance.
5. The output amplitude is adjustable, the maximum amplitude output is 600mVPP (50 ohm load).
