Description:
- BCNet-MB is an economical Ethernet communication processor, which is designed to meet the increasing needs of factory equipment informatization (equipment Network monitoring and production management). It is used for Ethernet data acquisition of Modbus serial equipment (Modbus RTU/ASCII to Modbus TCP), which is very convenient to build a production management system.
- The ModbusASCII/RTU master station can communicate with ModbusASCII/RTU devices through a multiplexing interface, supporting the vast majority of SCADA software in the industrial control field, and supporting for ModbusTCP and ModbusUDP communication methods.

Features:
- Installed on a 35mm rail, directly connected to the RS485/RS232 interface of the Modbus RTU/ASCII device through a communication cable, and externally connected to a 24VDC power supply.
- Integrated WEB server, device parameters can be set and running diagnostics can be performed through web pages, and login protection passwords can be set to prevent tampering with configuration data.
- This product is suitable for the networking upgrade of Modbus RTU/ASCII, and can be combined with upper computer configuration software that supports for Modbus TCP to directly read device data through this module.
- Supports asynchronous and uninterrupted Modbus TCP access mode, which is different from the traditional master-slave reply half-duplex mode and provides more efficient data access. The Modbus TCP request from the client can send multiple Modbus TCP requests simultaneously without waiting for a response from the device, and the module will automatically asynchronously reply to the response frame.
- The serial port supports RS485 and RS232 options, and the baud rate supports 9600bps ~ 115200bps options.
- 2KV level surge protection, ESD static protection, high intensity anti electromagnetic interference.
- When connecting to Modbus RTU/ASCII slave stations, multiple PCs are allowed to simultaneously collect PLC data, fully ensuring real-time and reliable data communication.
- Support firmware updates on the user side through Ethernet.
