Description:

The HFA-2 capacitive torch height controller is a closed loop PWM control system. It is suitable for CNC cutting equipment that requires automatic height control of the torch.

 Maintaining the height of the torch to the steel plate during the cutting process is an important condition for ensuring the quality of the cutting. The HFA-2 continuously adjusts the torch height on uneven steel plates according to the set torch height to ensure that the height of the torch to the steel plate remains constant.
 
 HFA-2 adopts the principle of capacitive sensing. The capacitive sensing probe converts the distance between the torch and the workpiece into a corresponding electrical signal, and the input logic control circuit processes the PWM motor control circuit. The PWM control circuit drives the DC servo motor through the H-bridge.

 The HFA-2's outer casing is specially designed aluminum die-cast housing, which is small in size and easy to install. The thermal conductivity of the aluminum material ensures a good heat dissipation effect of the HFA-2, and the fully enclosed structure is better adapted to the harsh working environment.

 HFA-2's circuit is built with dedicated control chips and high-quality components. And the introduction of modular power supply, logic input relay isolation, enhanced system reliability. Functional aspects include system control speed adjustment and manual speed adjustment.
