Operating Steps:
- Step 1: Clean the instrument probe rod and probe head with detergent and cotton cloth. Rinse with water and use directly. Please not wipe it again. (Use a wet towel or toilet paper to clean excrement, hair or other dirt from the vulva of the female animal.)
- Step 2: Use your hands to separate the vulva of the female animal. Insert probe rod into the uterine in 45° upwards and leave 2cm of the rod outside of the animal. Rotate the detector one and half or two turns, getting the probe head completely covered by mucus.
- Step 3: Keep the female animal standing up. Turn the switch on and the screen will display the first group of data. Click the switch again, and it will display the second group of data. Click once again, and it will display the third group of data.
- Step 4: Please not detect again until 2-3 hours later. Because after the mucus is stirred, there is a recovery period for animals, immediate detection after the latest operation is not recommended.
- Step 5: Clean the detector and store it.

Judgement of the Data:
- For Cow: When she is not in oestrus, the data is above 300. After having been in oestrus, the data is lower than 200. And when it increases to over 300, it is time to mate.
- For Horse: When she is not in oestrus, the data is above 400. After having been in oestrus, the data is lower than 300. And when it increases to over 400, it is time to mate.

Attention:
- Three groups of data are only to ensure the correctness of the operation and judge according to these data. For example, the data are 310, 280, 270 separately. We can judge according to the last two group of data, instead of the average of these three groups of data. When the data are 240, 360, 540 separately, it means that there is some wrong with your operation. It needs to detect again 2-3 hours later after your latest detection.
- Please not borrow your detector to other people, to reduce the risk of transmission of infectious diseases.
- Please strictly follow the disinfection procedure.
- After disinfection, the detector is dried and stored at room temperature.
- Do not use excessive or boiling water to clean the device.
- If the electrode is stained with dirt, sebum oil, urine, or salt solution, it may cause false detection results.
- When your are going to read the data at the uterine, please ensure that it is in the same position for each test.
