DC-DC 12A Step Down Module CV CC Buck Module For Solar Power Charging LED Driving

Attention:

1.When using this product, the input ground and output ground of the module should not be shared together. This will cause the module's current sampling resistor to be bypassed, which will make the module unable to adjust output current. It is easy to burn the module when connected to a large load.
2.When the module output voltage cannot be adjusted, please rotate CV potentiometer counterclockwise more than 20 turns. The default output voltage of this module is around 17V.

Note: Shell and batteries are not included in the package.

3 Using Ways:
1. Used as a common step-down module with over-current protection capability.
2. Used as a lithium battery, battery, nickel-cadmium-nickel-metal hydride battery (battery pack) charger with various voltage values, used in solar panels, wind generators, etc.
3. Used as a high-power LED constant current drive module.

Specifications:
- Module name: 12A synchronous rectifier buck module, constant voltage and constant current
- Module nature: non-isolated buck module (BUCK) synchronous rectification
- Input voltage: 4-32V (limit 35V). Please keep voltage margin.
- Output voltage: 1.2-32V continuously adjustable (Default output is about 18V. If you power on the module and find that the output voltage of rotary potentiometers has not changed, you must first rotate the potentiometer counterclockwise for more than 15 turns)
- Minimum input output voltage difference: 0.8V
- Output current: 0-12A. Natural heat dissipation within 8A for a long time, the temperature does not exceed 60℃. Please derate when the ambient temperature is high.
- Output constant current range: 0-12A
- Working temperature: -40 to 85℃
- Working frequency: 150KHz
- Conversion efficiency: up to 98% (efficiency is related to input, output voltage, current, and voltage difference)
- Short-circuit protection: Yes (limit current is current constant current value)
- Input reverse connection protection: None (if necessary, please insert a diode in the input)
- Output anti-backflow protection: None (If necessary, please insert a diode in the output. When used for charging, please add an anti-reverse diode between the output of the module and your battery, otherwise the module will be damaged.)

Applications:
1.DIY a regulated power supply. With constant current function, it is not afraid of short circuit during use, which can protect your load.
2. Power your electronic equipment.
3. Charge various batteries. Set charging voltage and charging current according to different voltage and capacity batteries.
4.Using solar panels to power various batteries, with constant current function, which can prevent battery from overcharging, and effectively protect battery.
5. Drive high-power LED. Can be freely combined in series and parallel.
6. As a car power supply to power your mobile phone, laptop and various digital products.

Method of Setting Voltage and Current:

1.Set Output Voltage: According to the floating voltage value of the battery you want to charge, or the voltage value of LEDs in series or parallel, adjust CV potentiometer to set the output voltage to your required voltage. (Without load)
2.Set Constant Current Value: Turn CC potentiometer counterclockwise about 20 times to the end. Then use multimeter 20A current to short circuit output, and adjust the CC potentiometer to the current value you need to set.

Attention: When constant current is set, voltage should be higher than 1.2V, otherwise the constant current function will fail.

Package Included:
- 1 x Step Down Module
