Attention:

1. When setting CV value, do not directly short-circuit or short-circuit output terminal with an ammeter.
2. CC mode is for battery charging. Battery is not included. When constant current mode is reached (constant current value is reached) on other occasions, output is turned off, which is equivalent to current limit protection (ERR interface is displayed).

It is a boost module. If output voltage is lower than input voltage, it will display this interface and automatically enter output shutdown state. If you encounter this alarm interface during use, it may be because of the following reasons:
1. Set output voltage is too low. Please adjust CV voltage potentiometer clockwise first to adjust output voltage to be high enough to be higher than input voltage. Press ON / OFF key to return to normal interface. Press ON / OFF key again to turn on the output. If the interface is still displayed, turn CV potentiometer clockwise to increase  output voltage.
2. Output terminal current reaches current limit value (in non-charging state) or is short-circuited, causing output terminal voltage to be lowered than input voltage.

Features:
- Output can be switched off via buttons. Due to special boost architecture, after traditional boost module is turned off, output voltage is input voltage. This product overcomes this problem.
- Strong self-protection capacity. Traditional boost module is easy to burn under the conditions of starting with load, setting output voltage lower than input voltage, and adjusting output voltage too high. This module overcomes these problems. Added more protection features. Input terminal is protected against reverse connection, and the module will not burn out. With anti-backflow function, you can directly connect battery to charge. There is also over-power, over-current and over-voltage protection. Battery is not included.

Functions:

1.The module has two buttons: IN / OUT, ON / OFF. IN / OUT button switches input voltage and output voltage display. Press and hold it to switch output current and output power display. ON / OFF button controls output to be ON or OFF. Default output state is OFF each time when it is turned on.

2.CC is the potentiometer for setting charging current. Turn clockwise to increase charging current. The setting of current value needs to be set after battery is connected, and output setting cannot be directly short-circuited. CHARGE indicator (red) lights up while battery is charging. FULL indicator (green) lights up when it is fully charged. CV on the right is a voltage setting potentiometer. Turn it clockwise to increase output voltage. OUT indicator is an output status indicator. It is on when there is voltage at output end, otherwise it is off.

Using Methods:
1. Used as a common boost module with over-current protection capability
(1) Adjust CV potentiometer to make output voltage reach the voltage value you want.
(2) Adjust CC current adjustment potentiometer over 20 turns to the end. Adjust CC potentiometer clockwise to make output current reach the over-current protection value you want to set. If ERR interface is displayed after connecting load, then adjust CC potentiometer clockwise to increase limit current.

2. Use as a battery charger
Modules without constant current cannot be used to charge battery. Due to the large voltage difference between drained battery and charger, when charging current is too large, battery will be damaged. So at the beginning, battery should be charged with constant current. When charging to a certain level, it automatically switches back to constant voltage charging.

(1) Determine floating charging voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need, and adjust output voltage to charging voltage;
(2) Turn CC current adjustment potentiometer counterclockwise more than 20 turns to the end. Plug in battery. Turn CC current potentiometer clockwise to gradually increase charging current to the charging current you need.

Note: Battery is not included.

Precautions:
1. IN- of the module is forbidden to be short-circuited with OUT-, otherwise constant current function is invalid.
2. Please make sure that the power of power supply is always greater than the power required by output load. Please reduce the power when the module is hot.
3. Please read the product description carefully before using.
4. Does not support short-circuit output to adjust constant current value.
