DIALOR 2.0 Plus Pulse to DTMF Converter Supports European American Japanese Rotary Dial Telephones
Description:
It is a pulse-to-audio signal converter specially designed for rotary dial telephones. With the converter, your old telephones can convert the original pulse signal into DTMF signal. The number dialed out by your phone can then be recognized by modern switches for dialing.
For cities or regions that do not support pulse dial signals from rotary dial phones, this converter is also suitable for network or fiber-to-the-home users.
The enhanced version can be used on standard local phone lines, fiber and network adapter lines, as well as on personal switch lines. You can dial out the # * number. It facilitates automatic voice communication. There is a "redial" function.
It is easy to install and use, no need to disassemble or modify telephones. Simply connect 2 telephone lines to the designated terminal block, plug in the crystal head of the telephone line, and you can use your telephone. Please refer to the wiring picture below.
Connect the cables according to the picture above. After taking up the handset of the telephone, the indicator light of the converter will light up, (if the indicator light is not on, please refer to the figure below to swap L1 and L2 cables) and you can make a call. Every time you dial, you'll hear the same signal sound in your headset as a modern key telephone.
Attention:
- Turn the dial to the end without releasing and the indicator light will not be turned on. Lit indicator light means that there is a problem with the telephone.
- The dialing method is the same as the dialing habits of old telephones.
- Redial method: rotate the dial from 1 to wait for about one second, and then release the dial.
- Method to dial * #: rotate the dial from 2 to wait for about one second, and then release the dial to dial *; rotate the dial from 3 to wait for about one second, and then release the dial to dial #.
