Description:

Maintenance Skills of Two Common Problems:
1. The expansion valve cannot be opened or the expansion valve is seriously stuck.
Use the standard mode to repair the expansion valve more than 10 times but still cannot open the expansion valve. You can set the repair device to 24V forced mode. If the expansion valve is repaired more than 5 times and stuck seriously, it can generally be repaired.

2. The expansion valve can't be closed completely.
The expansion valve can operate normally, but when it is adjusted to the minimum, it cannot be completely closed. Please set the tester automatic-positioning parameter to the minimum. Then power up the tester. When the repair tool completes automatic positioning and the digital tube displays 0, please disconnect the power supply and restart the repair tool for two positioning. If the expansion valve is still not closed, please set the driving direction of the tester to reverse and then position it twice.

Attention: The precondition of the above operation is that the coil of the expansion valve is normal, the wiring is normal, and the maximum step number is set correctly.
