Read Before Purchasing:

- The kit needs welding and debugging by buyers;
- The kit installation is risky. Buyers should correctly evaluate their own technical level and equipment to avoid unsuccessful kit installation;
- The kit does not provide circuit diagrams of pre-welded modules, nor does it provide MCU source code or firmware;
- It is delivered with unassembled electronic components. The finished one pictured is for reference only.

Features:

1. Use PIC18F1320 MCU as the main control, built-in PLL local oscillator module (pre-welded, stamp hole plate, support calibration setting), and built-in frequency indicator circuit (using seven-segment LED digital tube, the display unit is 1KHz), the operating frequency covers 7.000-7.100MHz, 1KHz or 100Hz step (refer to the figure below, free switching).
2. NE602 is used for direct frequency conversion, and the output is connected to 4558 active filter circuit. The solution is mature and reliable.
3. Use 3pcs BS170 in parallel for output, high efficiency class E amplification, 12V power supply output power 5W!
4. Relay switching is used for sending and receiving, with delay adjustment of transmitting to avoid frequent relay switching and improve the isolation of sending and receiving channels.
5. The MCU uses the original code of our shop can adjust the code speed and side tone frequency, can input the call sign by itself (in the automatic key mode), and support the power-off save. It is convenient to use.
6. The PCB board of this kit can be easily put into an 88*30*120mm aluminum chassis (customized services for the corresponding chassis will be provided in the future).

Circuit Principle:
- The receiving part uses NE602 to directly mix the radio frequency signal, and then 4558 performs active audio filtering, which is a typical direct conversion receiver. Among them, the mute circuit composed of 2SK30 is used to turn off the receiving when transmitting.
- The transmitting part uses 74HC08 as the driving circuit, which is connected in parallel to buffer and amplify, and drives BS170 as output. After amplification, it is connected to antenna after LPF.
