The C296 aluminum alloy heatsink is specifically designed for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W and Raspberry Pi Zero W. Measuring only 10mm thick, it offers a compact form factor while delivering excellent thermal performance. The heatsink is manufactured through a two-step process—first by creating a custom profile mold, then by applying precision CNC machining to ensure a perfect fit and high-quality finish.
The surface features a U-shaped groove design, which significantly increases the contact area with air, allowing for rapid heat dissipation. This helps keep your Raspberry Pi Zero running smoothly under various conditions.
The embedded design ensures easy installation and excellent compatibility with most enclosures—it won't interfere with your existing case setup. For DIY enthusiasts and makers, this design also offers greater flexibility for modifications and expansions.

How to Use Thermal Pads:
Cooling Method 1: Using Thermal Pads
* Cut the silicone thermal pads to the appropriate size.
* Attach the 1mm thick pad to the CPU chip and the 0.5mm thick pad to the RAM chip.
* Once the pads are properly applied and secured, the installation is complete.
Cooling Method 2: Using a Copper Plate
* Follow the same steps as in Method 1, but replace the 1mm thermal pad on the CPU with a copper plate.
* Apply a thin and even layer of CPU thermal paste (not included) on both sides of the copper plate.
* After applying the paste, carefully secure the copper plate in place.

Note:
* Raspberry Pi Zero 2W board and silicone grease are not included.
* When used with the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W, the 1mm thermal pad should be applied to the CPU, and the 0.5mm thermal pad should be applied to the WiFi chip. Please cut the thermal pads to the appropriate size before attaching them to the CPU and RAM areas.
