Description:

This is an original HAMMER shortwave PLL transceiver kit. It features high power and requires a shell for heat dissipation.

Features:
1. The SMD components of main control board have been pre-welded and connected to the bottom board in the form of stamp holes. MCU uses PIC16F1938, built-in PLL local oscillator, supporting crystal oscillator calibration settings. It comes with a frequency indicating circuit (Seven-segment LED digital tube. Display unit is 1KHz. The picture has color difference, and the actual color is red). Working frequency is 7.000-7.100MHz, 1KHz or 100Hz stepping (refer to the figure below. Free switching).
2. Use TA2003 mixing for receiving and crystal filter for intermediate frequency. After TA2003 multiplication detection, the volume of the sound is adjusted by a digital potentiometer and sent to audio active filter circuit. Finally, speaker is driven by LM386. The intermediate frequency supports calibration setting.
3. Transmitting part uses EL7104 to drive STP16NF06 output, Class E amplification. 12V power supply. Output power 10W (A shell is needed for heat dissipation).
4. Relay switching is used for sending and receiving, featuring delay adjustment of sending report, which avoids frequent relay switching and improves the isolation of sending and receiving channels.
5. Automatically sending call signs, which is very convenient to use. The MCU uses original code, which can adjust code speed, side tone frequency, and side tone size. It can enter call sign by itself (in automatic key mode), and supports power-off storage.
6. PCB board of this kit can be placed in an 88 x 30 x 120mm/3.5 x 1.2 x 4.7" aluminum chassis (the housing needs to be prepared by yourself, see the manual for the hole size of the front and rear panels).
