Overview:
- The HMC274QS16 (E) is a wideband 5-bit positive controlled GaAs IC digital attenuator in a 16-lead QSOP plastic package.The device has a frequency range of 0.7 to 2.7 GHz with a typical insertion loss of less than 2.3 dB.At 31 dB total attenuation,the attenuator bit value is 1 (LSB),2,4,8 and 16 dB.At ± 0.5 dB (typ) accuracy with IIP3> +50 dBm.Five control voltage inputs toggle between 0 and +3 to +5 V for selecting each attenuation state.
- A single Vdd bias of +3 to +5 V is applied through the external 5K Ohm resistor.
