How to install the laser head:
- When installing the laser head on the shelf, do not adjust the stabilizer bar on the shelf. When disassembling the laser head, just adjust the screws of one side of the stabilizer bar, and do not adjust the other side to avoid affecting the balance, otherwise the laser head may not read the disc. If you don't know how to install it yourself, you can ask a professional person to test the installation after purchase to avoid damage to the laser head and the machine.
How to open the solder joint:
- When the laser head leaves the factory, in order to prevent the damage of static electricity to the laser tube, generally there is a protective solder joint (there is a large solder joint on the smooth head circuit board or on the flexible cable) to short circuit the power supply pin of the laser tube to the ground. Before installing the smooth head, it needs to be welded with an anti-static soldering iron. Heat the electric soldering iron to about 250℃-280℃, disconnect the power supply, and then weld the protective point, Otherwise, the laser head cannot be used.
