Description:
- HS-617A solar hot water return water temperature difference comparison controller circulating pump digital display adjustable instrument switch

User manual
First, the basic configuration: Product model: HS-617A
1. Control object: Control 1 channel electrical appliance is output by A channel, voltage range: 85-250VAC, power ≤ 2000W.
2. Temperature detection: high temperature, low temperature, two-way temperature detection corresponding to Atemp high temperature, Btemp low temperature display, detection range: 1~110°
3. Temperature difference adjustment range: the upper limit temperature difference is 3~40°, and the lower limit temperature difference is 1~35 (the factory default upper limit temperature difference is 5°, and the lower limit temperature difference is 2°).
Second, various displays and tips:
1. Power-on display and prompt: After power-on, the digital tube will display in full screen and all the indicators will light for 2 seconds, while the beep will sound 2 times and then the relay will pick up 2 times.
2. Standby display: After the initial display of power-on, the standby display is displayed. The two display windows of Atemp and Btemp display the detected temperature.
3. Temperature control operation display: Turn on the temperature control ‘Run' indicator light, turn off the temperature control ‘Run’ indicator is off; When the output is turned on, the A light is on, and the A light is off when the output is off.
Third, the basic functions and parameters:
1. Prerequisites for temperature control: After A ≥ 30°, enter the temperature difference comparison operation (factory default 30°, the value can be improved by the actual needs, the adjustment range is 1-110°)
2. Heating mode: When A is greater than B temperature ≥ temperature difference upper limit, the output is turned on. When the temperature difference between two temperature zones is ≤ temperature difference lower limit, the output is turned off.
3. Detecting temperature calibration: If the temperature measurement is not accurate, the system can be calibrated according to the actual temperature (see Advanced Settings 2 for details)
4. Antifreeze protection: When standby, when the detection temperature of A channel is ≤3°C, the circuit will open the output, and ≥5°C will turn off the output.
5. Temperature measurement circuit fault alarm: When a temperature sensing circuit is short-circuited or open circuit, the buzzer sounds, the corresponding display window displays E1, and the circuit resumes normal operation.
6. Permanent memory: All the parameters set last need to be saved, and the power will be cut off during operation. When the power is restored, it will run according to the state before power off.
Fourth, common operations:
1. Switching machine operation: Press ‘ key’ to turn on temperature control during standby, press ‘ key’ to turn off temperature control during operation.
2. Temperature difference setting: short press 'key' in standby, A temperature flashes to display H05, press ' or '' to adjust the upper temperature limit, then press ' key' B to flash to display L02, press ' or ' to adjust the temperature difference Lower limit value, press ' key' to save the settings and return to standby.
Five, advanced settings: (The long press action set below must be operated in the thermostat host)
1. A temperature zone premise value setting: (Adjustment range 1~110°) Press ‘5 seconds during standby time, Atemp flashes 30, press ‘ or ’ to adjust, press ‘ key’ to save the setting and return to standby.
2. Detect temperature calibration: Press ‘ ’ at the standby time to display the detected temperature, press ‘ or ’ to adjust, then press ‘ button ’ Btemp flashes, press ‘ or ’ to adjust, press ‘ button’ to save the setting and return to standby.

Example 1: Split solar water heating cycle

Operation mode: When the temperature difference between the temperature ranges of A and B probes ≥ the upper limit of the temperature difference, the output is turned on, and when the temperature difference between the two temperature zones ≤ the lower limit of the temperature difference, the output is turned off.
