Description:
KC9620 is an 8-to-1 electronic switch that can select one of the channels according to the 3-bit high and low level control signal. KC9620 has low loss and high isolation characteristics, with an isolation of up to 30dB (higher in the low frequency band).
The product has ESD protection and DC isolation functions, which slightly increase the insertion loss, but the module has better reliability. KC9620 has channel indicators to indicate the selected port. In addition to being used for automated test lines, it is also suitable for laboratories.
This link is the 8GHz version, the product label is unified as 13GHz, and only 8GHz is actually guaranteed. Please contact customer service if you need a higher frequency.

KC9620 is a microwave gating switch module for system integration. It consists of one or two-stage semiconductor switches, and its life is much longer than that of mechanical switches. It adopts TTL/CMOS level control, which is convenient for interface with microcontroller or PLC.
The module contains a DC isolation circuit and can be used on lines with low DC voltage. Because it has preliminary ESD protection capabilities, it can be used for outdoor antennas with good lightning protection facilities.
The module is equipped with channel indicator lights. With the corresponding manual control module (KC96201), it can also be used as an experimental device.
