Precautions for the use of thickness gauge probe:
- Before measuring, coupling agent is coated on a test block. Calibrate and measure on the test block that comes with thickness gauges. And the actual workpiece is measured after the measurement and calibration on the test block is accurate.
- The above procedure must be repeated after the probe is replaced.
- Clean the probe and the coupling agent on the probe cable after use to extend the life of the probe.
- Due to the difference in the sound velocity of materials and the performance of thickness gauges, there is no absolute value in the measurement range.
- The probe is a consumable, and there is no specific service life due to the uncertainty of various factors such as working conditions, materials and usage habits. Thus, there is no warranty period.
