Introduction:
- Fully supports CAN Classic 2.0B and CANFD protocols, with a maximum data baud rate of 8000kbps.
- Single device dual channel simultaneous transmission and reception, supports multiple devices, and can connect up to 32 channels simultaneously in Busmaster. Channel configuration (baud rate, etc.) can be cloned with one click in Busmaster software for easy batch testing and control.
- Industry leading upper computer functions, supporting enterprise level functions such as DBC loading/recording playback/signal analysis/curve drawing/node simulation/UDS/automatic testing.
- Support secondary development, support for Python-can/Linux/Raspberry Pi, rich and practical example programs to help you quickly customize enterprise level upper layer applications independently.
- 2 hardware level real-time receiving filters per channel, exclusively supporting filtering of message payload content.
- 16 hardware level timed sending tasks per channel, with millisecond level timing accuracy and customizable modes such as auto increment/random.
- Each channel has 4 hardware level port routing rules, which can forward messages between ports according to matching conditions such as message ID/message type, and support automatic modification of message ID and type during the forwarding process, thus achieving intelligent functions such as vehicle gateway with zero code.
- Real time messages sent and received by various ports of the device can be stored on the TF card, and the saved message record files can be analyzed offline in the busmaster at any time.
- Message record files can be loaded offline from the TF card and automatically played to the physical port, enabling hardware level transmission of complex message sequences (such as sending a complete UDS interaction sequence).
- Various configuration information such as baud rate, task sending, and routing rules can be saved offline to the TF card. The device will automatically load and run the configuration when powered on, without the need for Busmaster software access.
- Each channel is equipped with a 120ohm terminal resistor, which helps you avoid complex bus connections and reduce failure rates.
- Powerful baud rate and terminal resistance automatic detection function, helping you avoid complex software configuration and improve work efficiency.
- Support loading UDS27 security algorithm DLL to automatically unlock ECU (compatible with CANoe security DLL interface).
- 500MHz main processor, multiple hardware level algorithms, industry-leading packet reception/transmission/forwarding latency.
- USB2.0 HS 480Mbps interface for high-speed communication, high throughput, and compatibility with FS interface, with strong adaptability.
- Innovative three-level frame buffer design ensures no frame loss during 24-hour bus full load testing in classic scenarios such as 500kbps.
- Computer USB interface over-current protection, strongly ensuring the security of your computer.
- Bus ESD protection reduces bus failures caused by signal interference.
- 2500V industrial grade electrical isolation.

Customers who need to use ultra-high baud rates above 2000kbps, please note:
- Please use high-quality low capacitance twisted pair cables with a total length not exceeding 1.5m.
- Connect a 120 ohm terminal resistor to each end of the twisted pair cable.
- Please maintain good electromagnetic shielding for twisted pair cables.
- Please set the sampling point position of the CANFD analyzer reasonably (recommended 75%).

Support Recording ASC Files:
- Firstly, open Busmaster and then click Logging -> Configure on the Ribbon toolbar.
- In the pop-up configurable dialog box, add an *.ASC file that needs to be saved.
- Then click Log -> Activate on the Ribbon toolbar, and click Connect to start recording.
- After recording is complete, click Disconnect to stop recording, and then drag the *ASC file just saved to the Trace window of third-party software to further view and analyze the content of the ASC file.
- Notes on recording and playback functions: Please note that during the operation of recording and playback functions, *.LOG or *.ASC files are exclusively accessed. Therefore, if the "Activate" menu of your Logging function is still checked and the file selected by the Replay function is the same as Logging, Replay cannot open the file. Please note that ASC files do not support Busmaster's unique SYSTEM time mode, so please select Absolute or Relative time mode when recording ASC.

Support Playing ASC Files:
- If you have previously recorded *.ASC files using other third-party software and need to replay them in Busmaster and send pre-recorded messages through our CAN card, you can directly load the ASC in Busmaster without the need for additional format conversion.
- When you need to play ASC files, first open Busmaster and then click Reply -> Configure on the Ribbon toolbar.
- In the pop-up replay configuration dialog box, add an *.ASC file that needs to be played.
- Then click Connect directly to start playing.
- Note: If the playback fails, error messages are usually printed on Busmaster's TraceWindow to help diagnose the problem.

Hardware Timed Sending Task:
- Scheduled task information can be edited in Busmaster or BMAPI, and the hardware will automatically execute with a timing accuracy of less than 1ms without CPU intervention.

Custom Port Routing Rules:
- Each port supports 4 exclusive hardware routes.
- Messages received by ports can be forwarded to other ports according to routing filtering rules.
- Support filtering by message type, such as forwarding only CANFD messages.
- Support filtering by message ID, such as forwarding only 0x7XX diagnostic messages. When message ID&Id Mask == IdValue, hit the filter.
- Supports multiple types of routing and forwarding:
Unicast: Forward to a unique destination port (such as port relay)
Broadcast: Forward to a selected set of target ports
ID Map: Forward after converting an ID to a new ID value
Type Map: Forward after changing the type (e.g. CANFD to CAN)
ID & Type Dual Mapping: Forward after changing both the ID and type

Offline Storage of Configuration Information:
- This device supports inserting a TF card (up to 32GB capacity) for offline storage.
- The following offline configurations can be operated on various configuration interfaces of Busmaster:
  CAN mode/baud rate/terminal resistance/sampling point position/hardware receiving filter
  Regularly send tasks
  Message routing rules
  Offline recording configuration
  Offline playback configuration
- Busmaster supports the following offline configuration information operations:
Load from device offline storage: Load configuration information from the device's offline storage, take effect, and upload it to the Busmaster application interface.
Save to device offline storage: Send the current configuration information of the Busmaster application interface to the device and save it to offline storage.
Clear device offline storage: Clear the offline configuration information in the device's offline storage, this operation does not affect the status of the device or Busmaster, and will take effect after restarting the device.
- Devices with offline configurations will automatically load the configuration and run after power on, without the need for Busmaster access.

Offline Message Recording:
- This device supports inserting a TF card (up to 32GB capacity) for offline storage.
- Offline storage function parameters can be configured in Busmaster's Offline Logging interface:
Channel: Select the ports that require offline recording (multiple choices)
Message direction: You can record only RX or TX or record all messages
  Recording mode: Off/Continuous recording/Trigger recording
File naming convention: Supports rolling naming, automatically splits the recorded data stream into multiple files according to file splitting rules
- Support trigger based recording:

Stop trigger: When the corresponding port receives a specific message, stop recording
- Currently, considering performance, only supporting the *.BBD format defined by BUSMUST, can be interconverted with *.ASC in Format Converter.

Offline Message Playback:
- This device supports inserting a TF card (up to 32GB capacity) for offline storage.
- Offline playback function parameters can be configured in Busmaster's Offline Replay interface:
