Instructions:
1. Work Mode Selection
Long press the "SELECT" button for 3 seconds, can cyclically switch between constant current (constant current output), constant voltage (constant voltage output), constant power output, and external potentiometer (external voltage control). The corresponding indicator on the panel is on or flashing (when the external potentiometer is selected for control, the constant current mode indicator flashes, the other mode indicator flashes, and when other modes are selected, the corresponding indicator light flashes).

2. Constant Current Mode (constant current output)
Switch to the constant current mode first, and the "constant current output" indicator on the panel will be on. At this time, turn the adjusting knob to adjust the current setting value. The setting range is 0.00~4.00A, and the step is 0.01A. It should be noted that if the power of the clutch/brake is small, the current flowing through the clutch/brake will be less than the set value. At this time, the controller will flash the set value to indicate that the set current is not reached, flashing 3 After this time, it will automatically adjust to the actual maximum current value. For example, if the controller is connected to a 12Nm magnetic powder clutch, the rated working condition is marked on the nameplate as 24V/1.2A. If the current is set to 1.3A, the current flowing through the clutch coil is not enough 1.3A , The controller will flash the set value 3 times, and then automatically adjust the set value to 1.2A.

3. Constant Voltage Mode (constant voltage output)
Switch to the constant voltage mode, the "constant voltage output" indicator light on the panel is on, at this time, turn the adjusting knob to adjust the output voltage, the setting range is 0.0~24.0V, and the step is 0.1V.

4. Constant Power Mode
Before using the constant power mode, you need to calibrate the clutch/brake. The method is to first disconnect the power supply and connect the clutch/brake, then press and hold the "SELECT" button while turning on the power supply, the controller will automatically detect the power of the clutch/brake. During the calibration process, the "constant power output" indicator will flash, and the detected current value will be displayed on the digital screen. After the calibration is completed, the constant power mode can be used. After calibration once, there is no need to repeat the calibration in the future (if you change a different type of clutch/brake, you need to re-calibrate). In the constant power mode, turn the adjustment knob to adjust the output power, ranging from 0% to 100%, in steps of 1%.

5. External Potentiometer Controller (external voltage control)
First switch to the external potentiometer control mode, at this time the "A constant current output" indicator on the panel flashes, and the digital screen of the controller displays the measured current value in real time. In this mode, the up and down buttons on the panel and the adjustment knob are inoperative, and the output voltage will be controlled by an external potentiometer (or external 0~10V), and the corresponding output is 0~24V.
