P19A-LPG/NG dual fuel carburetor usage mode:
1. Suitable for 200cc gasoline/liquefied petroleum gas/natural gas generator series (for example, sp175c/sp175ce, it can also be used for other similar types of generators).
2. Suitable for 2.0kw-2.8kw generator set.
Gas Parameters:
Mouth pressure: 30-1560KPa
Outlet pressure: 2.80±0.5KPa
Flow range: 0.6m3/h
Close pressure: <3.5KPa
Gas Start:
1. Connect the gas tank pressure reducing valve and the carburetor gas valve (A) with a gas hose, select the switch (LPG or NG) gas channel, and turn on the gas switch.
2. Close the carburetor choke, namely place the choke handle in the engine OFF position.
3. Press and hold the enrichment button (B) on the side of the carburetor gas valve for 2-3 seconds to release.
4. Turn on the engine flameout switch to the engine ON position.
5. Gently pull the rope of the engine starter until you feel a large resistance and pull it out.
6. If the fully closed choke door cannot be started by pulling it twice, please open the choke door handle to 1/3 gear and start again.
7. When the engine starts, slowly open the carburetor choke, and the handle is at the 0N position of the engine.
Fuel Start:
1. Turn on the fuel switch.
2. Close the carburetor choke door, namely place the choke door handle at the 0FF position of the engine.
3. Turn on the engine flameout switch to the engine ON position.
3. First gently pull the engine starter cord until you feel a greater resistance when you pull it out.
4. When the engine starts, slowly open the carburetor choke, and the handle is at the engine ON position.
Fuel and gas conversion when the engine is running:
1. Convert fuel to gas:
A. Unload the engine to no load;
B. Turn off the fuel switch;
C. Open the drain switch (C) on the gas valve of the carburetor, drain the fuel in the float chamber of the carburetor through the drain pipe (D), and then close the drain switch (C);
D. When you hear a sudden noise from unstable engine operation, turn on the gas switch and the engine will slowly run normally.
2. Convert gas to fuel:
A. Unload the engine to no load;
B. Turn on the fuel switch;
C. When you hear a sudden noise from unstable engine operation, turn off the gas switch and the engine will run normally then.

Note:
-When the carburetor is not used for a long time or only uses fuel, please cover the gas valve inlet pipe sealing cap (A).
-When the carburetor is not used for a long time, please turn on the fuel drain switch (C) of the float chamber to clean the fuel in the float chamber to avoid affecting the use of the carburetor.
