Maxgeek ER2500 2KW 168F Carburetor Kit Gasoline Generator Parts LPG Dual Fuel Automatic Switching

Description:

This product is a dual-fuel carburetor, and fuel be automatically converted; its corresponding fuel combination is gasoline/liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), gasoline/natural gas (NG); when two fuels are supplied at the same time, gas fuel will be first used, the oil fuel channel is automatically cut off.

YQP19ALPG/NG Multi-fuel Carburetor Usage Mode:
1. Suitable for 200cc gasoline/liquefied petroleum gas/NG generator series. (such as 68f/170, it can also be used for other similar types of generators)
2. Suitable for generators
3. Fuel: gasoline/liquefied gas, gasoline/natural gas, gasoline/biogas
4. Automatic switching

Gas Fuel Startup Steps:
1. Connect the pressure reducing valve of the gas tank to the gas valve (A) of the carburetor with a gas hose, remove the sealing sleeve (B), and connect the rubber tube.
2. Close the carburetor choke J (C) (push the choke arm D to the right).
3. Press the gas start enrichment button (E) for 1-2 seconds.
4. Start the engine, slowly open the choke (C) after the engine runs for 3-5 seconds (push the choke arm (D) to the left).
Note: If you fail to start twice, please open the choke (C) (push the choke arm (D) to the left) and start the engine again.

Steps to Convert Gas Fuel to Gasoline:
1. Unload the engine load, let the engine speed run in the middle speed range (2500-3000 rpm), unload the generator set and run it without load.
2. Turn on the fuel switch of the carburetor.
3. After waiting for about 10 seconds (allow enough fuel in the float chamber), turn off the air source switch.
4. Remove the gas pipeline and cover the gas valve intake pipe sealing cap (B).

Gasoline Fuel Start Steps:
1. Turn on the carburetor fuel switch.
2. Close the carburetor choke J (C) (push the choke arm (D) to the right.
3. Start the engine, slowly open the choke (C) after the engine runs for 3-5 seconds (push the choke arm (D) to the left).
Remarks: If you fail to start twice, please open the choke door (C) (the choke door control arm (D keep pushing left) and start the engine again.

Steps to Convert Gasoline to Gas Fuel:
1. Unload the engine load, let the engine speed run in the middle speed range (2500-3000 rpm), unload the generator set and run it without load.
2. Open the gas valve intake pipe sealing cap (B), connect the gas rubber pipe, and turn on the gas source switch.
3. Turn off the fuel switch.

Instructions for disassembly of the carburetor float chamber:
1. Remove the pressure chamber cover fastening screw (I).
2. Remove the pressure chamber diaphragm sub-assembly (J).
3. Remove the connecting bolts of the float chamber (K).
4. Remove the float chamber sub-assembly (L).

Package List:
1 x Carburetor Kit

Notes:
1. This product can also be used with dual fuel combinations such as kerosene/liquefied petroleum gas, kerosene/natural gas, gasoline/kerosene; the first two combinations can only be used to start the engine with gas fuel and then turn off the gas source, and the carburetor will automatically switch Run as kerosene. The latter combination first starts the engine with gasoline and then manually switches to kerosene operation. Kerosene must be drained after the engine is stopped.
2. The main gas output adjustment screw (F) and idle gas compensation adjustment screw (G) have been adjusted to the best positions before the carburetor leaves the factory. Non-professionals please do not adjust it at will.
3. When the carburetor is not used for a long time, please turn on the oil drain switch (H) of the float chamber to clean the oil in the float chamber; otherwise, if you do not use gasoline for a long time, it will easily gel and block the measuring hole and affect subsequent use.
