Most of the optical communication of domestic instruments in China is far-infrared, with 38kHz carrier signal; while foreign instruments generally use near-infrared communication, adsorption type. Therefore, the instrument handhelds used in China cannot be used on foreign instruments. In addition, for the conversion tools used in instrument development and production debugging and testing, infrared can only be tested with expensive handhelds or other special conversion tools. This leads to the use of many tools and inconvenient operation.
