* In UHF and VHF, this antenna can be used for low power applications. Balun frequency is not supported, so high power applications are not recommended!
* The tripod stand pictured is not included.
Scales on the antenna for easy application. You can pull it to the relevant scale, which is easier to use. The length is the same on both sides of the vibrator.
This antenna is mainly for portable erection. Suitable for field use. A person can set up within a few minutes. Not suitable for balcony or for permanent elevation. It can be used under breeze and light rain. Please not use it under strong wind.
The antenna is elongated and sagging. The 14M version can work 2m/6.6ft from the ground. The recommended installation height is above 4m/13.1ft. The 7M version can work just 3m/9.8ft from the ground. The recommended installation height is 5-10m/16.4-32.8ft. The antenna can be installed horizontally or in a positive V mode.
The main components have been completed. Only need to make two holes in
the original epoxy board, install 4mm/0.16" terminals, and solder the
rear connection piece.
