Installation instructions for oscillators

1. Prepare a stainless steel basin with a thickness of 0.8~1.5mm, and set the installation position of the oscillator.

2. The rougher the surface is polished on the mounting surface of the vibrator, the better the bonding firmness will be.

3.In good polishing paste special welding oscillator on the surface of screw, really unconditional weldingPick up screws, can need not welding. (there areVibrator, weld screws installation, better vibration, low failure rate)The surface is clean.

4..Ready to oscillator, AB glue. Take a suitable amount of AB glue according to the proportion of 1:1 mix, besmear to oscillator paste noodles, note: screws are installed on basin, oscillator in the hole can not coated with glue, otherwise the vibrator twist into the screw. No installation of nail, oscillator hole to with glue.

5.Screw the glue-coated vibrator into the screw and tighten it to the surface of the basin without leaving any gaps with the basin surface.If no nails are installed, press the vibrator hard until it is fully attached to the surface of the basin and then fix it with adhesive tape.(Note: from mixing THE AB glue to installing the vibrator, the time should not exceed 2 minutes. The glue is fixed very fast.)
