Description:

This controller is a dual-axis or single-axis solar tracking controller. Its light sensor adopts the patented pyramid four-quadrant structure design. The signal of the light sensor is analyzed by the microcontroller in the controller, and the corresponding motor platform is controlled by the relay on the circuit board to track the sun. At the same time it has functions such as night homing, manual mode and anti-shake.

Before shipment, we have adjusted the controller with high precision, no complicated parameter setting is required. Ready to use.

Tracking frequency: 1 minute tracking for 20 seconds, low power consumption and anti-shake

Solar tracker system consists of the following parts:
1. Main controller

Automatic homing at night: east and flat

Installation hole size: left and right 135MM/5.3", top and bottom 52MM/2", hole diameter 7MM/0.3". It adopts IP65 waterproof shell and is equipped with aviation plug. Block terminals are used for wiring.

2. Light sensor
The light sensor adopts the patented pyramid four-quadrant structure design to generate signals in four directions. Connect it to the main controller via cable and aviation plug. Equipped with a glass cover, it can protect against rain and dust. High light transmittance, no yellowing. It has a life span of 20 years. It comes with a 2m/6.6ft cable by default.

Installation Method:
1. The light sensor is installed in the position where the platform runs with the sun. It is recommended to install the light sensor in the highest position of the straight bracket. The light sensor has an arrow label. When the system is tilted, the direction of the arrow is as shown in the figure.


2. The main controller is installed near the tracking system to ensure that the controller is protected from rain and sun exposure. No complicated parameter settings are required. Ready to use.
