Product Description:

SDA-1 is a high performance DAC developed by our Singxer team. It uses XMOS's latest xCORE-200 series chip XU208 as USB Audio solution, adopts AKM third-generation flagship DAC: AK4493EQ as the main chip of digital-to-analog conversion, AK4118 as digital audio input receiving chip, using STM32 as the control core of the whole machine. Xilinx's large-scale FPGA handles the processing of clock systems and digital audio streams. The PCM supports up to 384Khz. The DSD uses native direct solution technology and supports up to DSD512.

The DAC chip adopts the AK4493EQ released by AKM in early 2018; the DSD adopts the native direct solution mode. The DSD digital stream does not pass through the internal digital filter and works in the NOS mode, which fully conforms to the HQPlayer design concept.

It has rich input and output interfaces, including standard USB2.0 input interface, SPDIF and BNC coaxial and AES balanced input, HDMI-I2S input interface, analog output including XLR balanced output and RCA single-ended output; full interface supports DSD input.

Main technical characteristics:

1.Independent research and development of adaptive clock system technology,built-in 4 independent ultra-low jitter audio crystal oscillator for the USB part of the configuration of the local clock system femtosecond level (customized version of CCHD-575);
2.High-performance digital-analog hybrid phase-locked loop,excellent clock synchronization recovery technology,can greatly filter the external digital input jitter secondary PLL;
3.Source synchronization technology and FPGA shaping technology,after the isolation of the I2S signal reshaping,thus eliminating the added chip caused by the jitter;
4.The original multi-input channel isolation technology to ensure the purity of each input signal.

Each interface electrical standard:
1.USB input socket for the standard USB-B-type female,USB power supply range 4.5V-5.1V;
2.SPDIF interface input standard S/PDIF signal,the input impedance of 75 ohms,AES input impedance of 110 ohms;
3.The power input is 115V/230V AC,the internal use of TALEMA imported transformers for power supply;
4.I2S input is LVDS level in the form of HDMI interface,compatible with SU-1 interface;

- PCM: RCA single-ended output is 2V RMS,XLR balanced output is 4V RMS
- DSD: RCA single-ended output is 1.34V RMS,XLR balanced output is 2.68V RMS

SDA-1 input multiple choice,5 digital inputs,so the input interface supports DSD.

System compatibility:

4.Android OS 4.2 and above,need equipment to support OTG function,Android 5.0 system is supported by default,the following recommendations for 5.0 with a dedicated player.

I2S interface with HDMI socket input:
1.Level of 3.3V LVDS differential signal;
2.I2S interface compatible with a number of I2S output signal definition,FPGA built-in PCM/DSD signal automatic identification algorithm;
3.DSD ON signal can also be self-defining,DSD ON this signal can be arbitrarily input to the PIN13,14,15,16 pin socket;
4.PIN1-3 and PIN7-9 phase adjustable,the user can configure the phase of these two pairs of outputs through a switch.

Note:
- The SDA-1 can be configured with SW switches to accommodate different I2S standards.
However,as we know, HDMI-I2S is different for each manufacturer in the worldwide,and for most manufacturers HDMI-I2S is a proprietary proprietary protocol.
- The SDA-1 can not accommodate to all HDMI-I2S machines,so we don't accept all the returns due to incompatible I2S interfaces problem.
