Description of UT5300X+ Series:

The UT5300X+ series features a 4.3-inch true-color LCD display, and various physical buttons and a numeric keypad allow quick setup of all test conditions. The unit is controlled by a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor for ARM, capable of real-time measurement of all safety parameters of the device under test. All circuit modules within the instrument are fully isolated, providing strong anti-interference capability. This instrument integrates multiple testing functions, including electrical strength (AC/DC withstanding voltage) and insulation resistance. And it can be widely applied to safety performance inspections of household appliances, transformers, electrical equipment, and components, meeting the production line requirements for rapid testing.

AC Withstanding Voltage Test
The UT5300X+ series programmable Hipot tester supports AC withstanding voltage testing:
* Voltage: 50V–5000V
* Current: 0.001mA–10mA (UT5310A+/UT5310D+/UT5310R+)
* Current: 0.001mA–20mA (UT5320R+)

DC Withstanding Voltage Test
The UT5300X+ series programmable Hipot tester supports DC withstanding voltage testing:
* Voltage: 50V–6000V
* Current: 0.001mA–5mA (UT5310D+/UT5310R+)
* Current: 0.001mA–10mA (UT5320R+)

Insulation Resistance Test
* The standard insulation resistance test voltage is 2.5kV, with an optional 5.0kV for more testing scenarios. The UT5310R+ and UT5320R+ support 2.5kV DC / 10GΩ insulation resistance testing.

Over-current and Arc Detection Function
* It detects arcing caused by closely spaced PCB traces or poor contact between components.

Powerful Interface Functions
* It is equipped with an industrial control Handler (PLC) interface, optional RS-485, RS-232C (for PC) and LAN. It supports both SCPI and Modbus RTU communication protocols, enabling efficient remote control and data acquisition, allowing the instrument to adapt to various automated test system requirements.
