Upgraded Modified 10MHz OCXO Ultra-low Phase Noise Clock Board 3-Channnel Output for Raspberry Pi 4B

Description:

- The Raspberry Pi motherboard uses a low-precision passive crystal oscillator as the clock signal source, resulting in a relatively low signal quality of the clock. We have upgraded to an imported OCXO constant temperature crystal oscillator, which significantly improves the accuracy and stability of the clock signal, effectively improves the quality of the bus clock signal, and improves the sound transparency, structure and level after the upgrade.
- Using a 10MHz OCXO as a reference clock signal, all output frequency points are synchronized and output from the same source.
- Each board has one crystal oscillator signal source, with three-channel simultaneous outputs. It can upgrade three crystal oscillators on the Raspberry Pi 4th generation motherboard simultaneously, reducing crosstalk between different frequency points when using multiple different crystal oscillators.
- Use G-grade RF dedicated 500 connection cables to effectively ensure the quality of signal transmission, and use for ipexl to facilitate player disassembly and assembly.

For Raspberry Pi 4B clock board electric parameter:
Output:

- OUT1: 25MHz/3.3Vpp
- OUT2: 25MHz/3.3Vpp
- OUT3: 54MHz/3.3Vpp
- Power supply: DC +5V 1A (The power interface only supplies power to the clock board, not to the Raspberry Pi)

Input:
- External 10MHz reference clock signal or installation of 25x25x13 packaged 5V/10MHz OCXO.
- When the external 10MHz reference clock signal needs to be removed from the original OCXO constant temperature crystal oscillator.
- The input level cannot exceed 5Vpp.

Upgrade and Modification Instructions for Raspberry Pi 4B OCXO:
- Using a hot air gun, remove the three crystal oscillators from the Raspberry Pi motherboard and clean the solder pads.
- The clock signal leads are connected to the crystal oscillator signal input and grounding pads as shown in the figure below.
- Tip: The motherboard uses ultra-high temperature soldering, the hot air gun uses a fine blowing nozzle with a diameter of no more than 5mm, and the temperature is adjusted to around 390 degrees. Blow the crystal oscillator that needs to be removed until it can be gently removed with tweezers, usually about 2 minutes for removal.

Package Included:
- 1 x Clock Board
