- The Walnut Pi system has been ported with the MicroPython library, which is a simplified implementation for Python3 language. Users can easily control peripheral devices such as GPIO, sensors, and expansion modules using for Python programming. It is very suitable for personnel familiar with Python to conduct software development on Walnut Pi.
- The Walnut Pi system has been ported with WiringPi. For WiringPi is a software package written in C language (early used for Raspberry Pi) that can be used for GPIO pin control, serial communication, SPI communication, and I2C communication functions of Walnut Pi.
