Read before Purchasing:

- WIFI water level controller can be used by the mobile phone through the network to set and control the output. Remote operation requires the controller must be used in places where with better WIFI signal to set or control. The mobile phone must be connected to the Internet via WIFI, 3G or 4G. The setting requires certain professional knowledge, please operate patiently.

Product Description:
WF96L is a WIFI intelligent water level controller. Through APP setting, functions such as water level monitoring, water replenishment or drainage and high and low water level remote alarm sent by APP can be realized.

It is suitable for various water level control occasions, such as HVAC systems, hot water engineering, boilers, municipal drainage, hydro-logical monitoring, etc.

The WF96L is powered by a linear isolation transformer. It features high-performance dual processor inside. Local control uses an 8-bit MCU. WIFI part adopts 32-bit MCU. With strong anti-interference ability, it is suitable for harsh industrial occasions and the controller enables stable, reliable and continuous work.

Device Installation Guide:
Installation Preparation:
- Phones for Android search for "Tuya Smart" in the app market and download and install the APP.
- Phones for Apple search for "Tuya Smart" in the APP Store and install the APP.
- After installing the app, please use your mobile phone or email to register an account.
- Attention: Note that if you are using a phone for Android, please use the default font of the mobile phone system, otherwise it may display in confusion.

Add a Device on the Mobile App:
1. Wire according to the wiring diagram. After the first power-on, wait a few seconds, indicator 1 will flash quickly, and the device will enter the WIFI configuration mode by default. Note: If the device has already been added to the app, when reconfiguration is required, press and hold the configuration key in the working state until indicators 1 and 2 flash at the same time, and then release the button. At this point, the device enters intelligent configuration mode. If the router is not compatible, you can press and hold the configuration button again at this time, and the indicator 1 and 2 will flash slowly, and enter the compatible configuration mode at this time.
2. Open the APP, click the "+" icon in the upper right corner, and select "Any Device".
3. Click "Confirm that the indicator is flashing" on the APP.
4. Prompt to select a wifi that can surf the Internet normally and enter the password, confirm the password and enter it correctly, then click "OK".
4.1. The device uses the 2.4G wifi communication protocol. 5G WIFI signal is not supported at the moment.
4.2. If the network is set to hide or filter MAC addresses, please ask the network administrator to enter the background to modify the settings and then add the device.
5.APP start the configuration automatically. The progress bar to 100% means that the device has been added successfully.
6. After the addition is successful, you can rename the device. (Note: After the addition is successful, if it is reconfigured, the device will be automatically removed from the current APP.)



Control Modes:
Mode 1: Add water

Water level ≥ preset stop level, relay output 1 will be disconnected and it will stop to add water. Water level < start up level, relay output 1 will be connected and it will start to add water. Dry-burning protection: Water level < 25%, relay will be disconnected. Water level ≥25%, it will delay for 15 seconds and relay will be connected.

Mode 2: Pump water

Water level < preset stop level, relay output 1 will be disconnected and the pumping will be stopped. Water level ≥ start up level, relay output 1 will be connected to start to pump water. In pumping water mode, relay 2 is an alarm output. Water level ≤ preset lower limit alarm value or water level ≥ upper limit alarm value, relay output 2 will be connected.

Mode 3: Time-limited adding water
Water level ≥ preset stop level, relay output 1 will be disconnected to stop adding water. Water level < start up level, relay output 1 will be connected and it will start to add water. At the same time, it will start to time. Once it reaches the set time limit value, if it is adding water, the output will be forcibly disconnected and adding water will be stopped. The second way is resistant to dry burning. When the water level is below 25%, the relay will be disconnected. When the water level ≥ 25%, it will delay for 15 seconds and the relay will be connected.

Time-limited Control:


Mode 4: Time-limited pumping
When water level < stop level, relay output 1 will be disconnected and pumping will be stopped. When water level ≥ start up level, relay output 1 will be connected and it will start pumping. At the same time, it will start to time. Once it reaches the set display value, if it is still pumping, output will be forcibly disconnected and pumping will be stopped. The second way is for alarm output. When water level ≤ the lower alarm limit or water level ≥ the upper alarm limit, the relay output will be connected.

One-way delay output:
This refers to the fact that when the output judgment is established, the relay will not operate temporarily. After the set delay value is reached, the relay will act again.

Default values:
For adding water mode, start up level is 25% and stop level is 100%. Delay value is 0 seconds and alarm is off. Upper limit alarm value is 100% and lower limit alarm value is 0%.

Alarm Function:
- Attention: When using the alarm function, the corresponding push permission of the Tuya APP in the mobile phone must be opened, otherwise the alarm push will be blocked. There is a prompt tone of about 30 seconds when the alarm information is pushed.
- Principle: When the water level ≥ the upper limit alarm value, the APP will push the upper limit alarm information. When the water level ≤ the lower limit alarm value, the APP will push the lower limit alarm information. Users can set reasonable water level points according to their needs.

Upper and Lower Limit Alarm Notification:
For example: Preset alarm lower limit of water level is 25% and alarm upper limit is 75% . When water level is lower than 25% or higher than 75% , it will push alarm notification to users' smartphone via APP.

One-Way Manual Switch:
- Manual open: when the instrument has no output and the stop water level is not reached, short press button B to manually open the water level control output. Once the stop water level is reached, the relay will be disconnected.
- Manual shutdown: When the device has an output and the stop water level is not reached, the water level control output can be manually turned off by pressing button B. Once the water level is reached, the relay will be connected.


Terminals:
- Terminal 2: 100% water level
- Terminal 3: 75% water level
- Terminal 4: 50% water level
- Terminal 5: 25% water level
- Terminal 6: COM
- Terminal 7 & 8: Relay output 1 normally open
- Terminal 9 & 10: Relay output 2 normally open
- Terminal 11 & 12: Operating voltage input (220V or 12V)

Attention:
- The operating power supply of the controller does not distinguish between zero line and live wire. For safety reasons, please control the live wire on and off of the output.

Examples of Settings:
When the water level rises gradually and it is below the 25% electrode, the current water level will show 0%. When it is above 25% electrode, it will show 25%. It will show 50% when it is above 50% electrode. When it is over 75% electrode, it will show 75%. When it is over 100% electrode, it will show 100%.

When the water level gradually decreases, the current water level will be 75% when the 100% electrode is removed. It will show 50% when the 75% electrode is removed. It will show 25% when the 50% electrode is removed. It will show 0% when the 25% electrode is removed.

Example 1: In adding water mode, the stop level is set to 100% and the start up level is 25%. When the water level is off the 25% electrode, the relay will be connected, and the actual water level will be 0%. When the water level is over the 100% electrode, the relay will be disconnected, and the water level will show 100%.

Example 2: In pumping mode, for example, set the stop water level to 25% and the starting water level to 100%. When the water level is detached from the 25% position, the relay will be disconnected, and the actual water level will be 0%. When the water level is over the 100% electrode, the relay will be connected, and the water level will be 100%.
