Description:

XCNet-PN is a high-performance protocol conversion gateway designed to meet the increasing demand for factory equipment informatization (equipment network monitoring and production management). It can be used for Ethernet data acquisition of PLCs (S7-1200/1500, S7-300PN, S7200 SMART, etc.) for Siemens with Ethernet interface. It is very convenient to build a production management system.

LAN1/LAN2 of XCNet-PN has cross-network segment functionality. It can convert the S7TCP protocol of LAN1 port to ModbusTCP protocol and BCNetS7 (S7TCP/IP) protocol of LAN2 port, and LAN2 supports ModbusTCP master-slave communication.

Features:
1. Can be mounted on a 35mm rail. LAN1 is a dual-port RJ45 with switch function, and this port is connected to a PLC. LAN2 is a single-port RJ45, which can be connected to a touch screen or host computer system.
2. Integrated WEB server: Set device parameters and run diagnostics via web pages and configuration tools.
3. Implement NAT function: map the IP address and port number of the PLC connected to LAN1 port to any IP address and port number of LAN2 port.
4. LAN2 port can support ModbusTCP server function. It can map the PLC connected to the LAN1 port to the LAN2 port ModbusTCP server.
5. The LAN2 port can support BCNetS7 protocol server function. It can map the PLC connected to LAN1 port to the BCNetS7 protocol server of LAN2 port.
6. Supports up to 32 LAN2/LAN1 server/client concurrency models. The LAN2 port can support up to 32 host computer access.
7. Using BCNetS7 protocol or ModbusTCP, high-level languages (such as VB, VC, C#, etc.) can be programmed, which is convenient for the development of production management system.
