This product is used for physical layer bidirectional data conversion between the vehicle-mounted two-wire Ethernet 100baseT1 interface and the standard Ethernet RJ45. It does not lose packets and has a high transmission rate.

Troubleshooting:
1. The red power light is off.
a. Check if the power adapter is damaged.
b. Ensure the power switch on the converter is turned on.

2. Link light not on
a. Check if the T1 interface on the converter and the user ECU interface are properly connected.
b. Check if the wiring of the twisted pair is reversed.
c. Verify if the twisted pair is subject to environmental electromagnetic interference or if the cable quality is poor.
d. Ensure the master-slave mode on the converter is set correctly.

3. The computer cannot ping the user ECU
a. Check if the computer firewall is turned off.
b. Ensure the computer's network card recognizes the converter.
c. Check if the computer's IP and the user ECU's IP are in the same subnet.
d. The user ECU might have encryption that disallows pinging.
