Description:
This is a high productivity carousel dispenser which semi-automatically cuts and places a pre-determined length of tape onto a rotating carousel for maximum single or multiple operator efficiency. Adjust to fit different width and length rolls Blade renew easily and with safely board on the edge. It accepts tape widths from 0.12" to 0.87" (3 to 22mm) and cuts lengths from 0.43" to 2.17" (11 to 55 mm). It allows up to 20 pieces of tape to be cut at the press of a button, accepts most tapes and is perfect for specialty packaging, contract packaging, assembly, wire harnessing, and other manufacturing purposes. It is a proven time and labor saving machine.

Operations:
1. The ON/OFF switch must be "on".
2. Press the start switch 2 on the carousel. The cut pieces of tape will be distributed about half way around the carousel.
3. Before you begin operation, test the process by cutting two or three pieces, Check the precision length of the cut.
4. To make the tape feed all the way around the carousel, press the start switch 2 again.
5. If the motor over heats, the most will automatically shut the machine off. When that happens, let the motor cool before further use.
6. Whenever you open the safety cover 14, the device will stop automatically.

Usable Tapes:
Used for kinds of scotch tape, packing tape, cloth tape, glass tape, pp tape, double-side tape, mylar tape, vinyl tape polyethylene tape, masking tape, cotton cloth tape, acetate cloth tape soft, medical tape, etc.

Attention:
It is not suit for high adhesive and elasticity tapes cutting. Please use alcohol to clear the blade and take out the remain tape in the machine when you finished cutting.
