- 1 x Power Cord
- 2 x Testing Cables

Operation Instructions:
- The variable frequency air conditioning compressor tester supports the testing of 1-3 horsepower variable frequency compressors, refrigerator variable frequency compressors, no-load testing of low-power three-wire DC fans, and load testing of medium and high-power three-wire DC fans.

1. Start testing:
- Attention!!! Before testing, it is necessary to use a multimeter to measure whether the compressor winding is short-circuited to the shell, and whether the three-phase winding is open-phase or short-circuited. If any of the above conditions exist, do not test and immediately determine that the compressor is damaged. After the initial measurement with the multimeter shows no obvious abnormalities, connect the compressor detection line of the detector to the UVW terminal of the inverter compressor. The connection must be made in the order of UVW. A wrong connection will cause the compressor to reverse or fail to rotate. If you cannot see the compressor terminal markings, you can refer to the UVW markings on the original mainboard.
- Power on the detector and turn on the power switch. Use the knob to start and adjust the compressor speed. If the compressor starts normally and the exhaust pressure is normal without any other obvious abnormalities, it can be judged that the compressor is functioning properly. If the compressor fails to start, exhibits abnormal exhaust pressure after startup, produces abnormal noise, or displays other evident faults, it can be determined that the compressor is malfunctioning. Meanwhile, observe the fault indicator light prompts to further confirm the fault.

2. Meaning of fault indicator light:
- Normally on: No fault
- The fault light has gone out twice: the compressor may be locked-rotor or have a short-circuited winding. Please measure the three-phase resistance of the compressor to confirm whether there is a short-circuited winding.
- The fault light has turned off three times: there are issues with the compression start, overcurrent, and phase loss. Please check the air conditioning pressure, heat dissipation, and electronic expansion valve, etc

3. Precautions When testing the compressor in a system containing refrigerant, it is necessary to turn on the condenser cooling fan and ensure that the electronic expansion valve is in the open state before conducting the test. When turning the speed adjustment knob, do not quickly reduce it from a high speed. Instead, slowly reduce it according to the compressor's operating conditions to avoid causing the compressor to stall due to insufficient power output from the detector caused by rapid adjustment.

4. It is recommended that the testing duration be 3-5 minutes.
