HMC472 is a broadband 6-bit digital attenuator with an attenuation range of 0~31.5dB and a typical step error of ±0.25dB. It adopts QFN surface mount package, single power supply 5V power supply, operating frequency range from DC to 3.8 GHz, and insertion loss below 2.0 dB (typical value), IIP3 is +54 dBm, suitable for various RF and IF applications.

Main Characteristics:

(3) Attenuation factor and step length: The attenuation factor is 0~31.5dB, and the step length is 0.5dB.
