Description:

The fixed-frequency source features 5V power supply, low cost, compact size, and low power consumption. Compared to PDRO-based dielectric fixed-frequency sources, it offers a more cost-effective solution. It can output any fixed frequency between 20 MHz and 6 GHz according to specific requirements. Internally integrated with a VCO, the output phase noise can reach better than –100 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset at 4 GHz when using a 100 MHz OCXO as the reference input.

This module can serve as a low phase noise local oscillator in a system or as a fixed-frequency signal for ultra-wideband sources based on harmonic mixing conversion loops.

We provide dimensional drawings. The module can be directly used as a system-level component or as a validation platform.
