Description:

It is a low-power induction heating machine, which can be plugged into AC110V-220V power supply directly. It is mainly used for heating and quenching of small ferrous metal materials. The maximum temperature of its 150ml graphite crucible can reach 1600℃ to melt metals, including iron, copper, gold, silver and aluminum.

Precautions:
1. Follow the steps to power it on: Turn on the main switch on the back first, wait for a few seconds, and turn on the induction heating switch on the panel when you see that the fan and water pump are working normally and the displayed voltage is around 48V or 53.5. Note that incorrect operation may cause the motherboard to burn out. To shut down, turn off the heating switch first, and then turn off the main switch. If it is not used for a period of time, the main power supply should be turned off after one minute of disconnecting the heating switch to allow the cooling system to cool the equipment to prolong its service life;
2. Make sure water cooling and air cooling modes work at the same time when using the device. If any one of the cooling modes does not work, then you should disconnect the power immediately and contact us for a solution;
3. When conditions permit, cold water can be fed in and hot water can be directly discharged, instead of circulating, having a better heat dissipation effect;
4. For long-term use of crucibles, more crucibles should be prepared, because graphite heated at high temperature will react with oxygen to generate carbon dioxide and gradually consume crucibles;
5. When you use the machine, please always pay attention to the changes of the parameters on the display, especially the voltage and current and the temperature of the motherboard. Once you find that the temperature exceeds 75℃, please disconnect the power immediately.
6. For high-power application, the cooling system will generate a louder noise, which is a normal phenomenon.
7. When using a graphite crucible, a non-circulating water cooling method must be used (entering cold water and discharging hot water into the sewer. The method is also recommended for long-term high-power operation) to prevent the long-term high water temperature from affecting its service life. After heating, if the crucible is not taken out of the heating coil, please do not disconnect the main power supply, otherwise the water pump will stop working, which will cause the heating coil to be burned out by the high temperature of the crucible.
