Description:
AP-8 eight-way power splitter is an eight-way DC power splitter based on Anderson Powerpoles (AP plug). It allows communications power and other devices to connect to equipment, including seven-channel radio, antenna tuners at the same time. Designed with an aluminum alloy shell, it has a good process and texture.
AP plug has a high penetration rate in the HAM industry in Europe and America. It has many advantages such as large current consumption, no male or female head, and arbitrary assembly. AP-8 eight-way power distributor has been equipped with 8 pairs of AP plugs for users to use. In addition, the AP-8 comes standard with 8 spare insert fuses for easy replacement, and a set of 3M mushroom fasteners that can easily fix the distributor to desktop, wall and workbench.
We have observed that almost all AP power distributors on the market are made of iron casing and surface painting process. Therefore, we would like to use aluminum alloy to design a power distributor to improve the texture and durability of the product.
On this basis, we determined the number of distributor channels as eight-channel (1 input and 7 outputs). In this way, it can not only ensure the compact product volume, but also cope with the connection in most cases. Each path is equipped with a plug-in fuse without adding other circuits or indicating devices. It is a competent power distributor without redundant fancy functions.
