ADRF5026 100MHz-44GHz SPDT RF Switch Microwave Switch Non-reflective Type with High Isolation
Description:
ADRF5026 is a non-reflective SPDT RF switch manufactured using a silicon process.
ADRF5026 operate from 100MHz to 44GHz. It has a better than 3.8dB insertion loss and 45dB isolation. ADRF5026 with full shutdown control and both RF ports are isolated. ADRF5026 is non-reflective, with both RF ports internally terminated to 50Ω.
ADRF5026 requires +3.3V and -3.3V supply voltages. The device uses CMOS/LVTTL logic compatible control.
The pins of ADRF5026 is compatible with ADRF5027 low-frequency cut-off versions and can operate from 9kHz to 44GHz.
ADRF5026 RF ports are designed to match the characteristic impedance of 50Ω. For UWB products, impedance matching on the RF transmit line can further optimize high-frequency insertion loss and loop loss characteristics. ADRF5026 is available in RoHS-compliant, 20-terminal 3mmx3mm LGA package and can operate in the range of -40°C to +105°C.
