Product Application:
It integrates a high-linearity double-balanced active mixer core and local oscillator (LO) buffer amplifier, providing a wide dynamic range frequency conversion from 10MHz to 6GHz.

The proprietary linearization architecture enables the mixer to provide enhanced IP3 performance at high input levels. The offset adjustment feature optimizes input linearity, single sideband (SSB) noise figure, and DC current through a single control pin.

Optional input power detector is used for adaptive bias control. In mobile phone applications, in-band blocking signals may cause dynamic performance degradation, and the device's high input linearity allows it to meet the demanding requirements of this application. Adaptive bias function enables the device to achieve high IP3 performance in the presence of strong blocking signals. When the blocking signal is removed, it will automatically reduce the bias to achieve low power consumption. The balanced active mixer configuration provides excellent LO-to-RF and LO-to-IF leakage with typical values better than -40 dBm . When the load is 200 Ω, the intermediate frequency output provides a voltage conversion gain of 7.8 dB (typical). The wide frequency range of open collector intermediate frequency output makes it suitable for use as an upconverter in various transmission applications. The module has a shielded shell and anti-reverse protection diodes.
