Description:
The SBB5089 (YG602020W) + SZA3044 is a 1W wideband RF power amplifier designed for applications operating in the 1.5–3.9GHz frequency range. Typical applications include GPS, WiFi, Zigbee, LoRa, 5G systems, wideband GaN driver stages, and EMC testing.
