Description:
01. Clamp the probe on the machine spindle through the tool holder, and loosen it slightly. The two opposite fastening screws at the bottom can adjust the four symmetrical adjustment tops on the side. The ball head of the wire adjustment probe coincides with the center of the spindle.

02. There is no need to rotate the spindle when measuring the centering, and the centering measurement can make the probe rotate. Turn 180° to make the measurement more accurate.

03. The probe supports measurement in three directions (X, Y, and Z), with reciprocating positioning accuracy ≤0.01, X Y deflection range 0-6°, Z direction telescopic range 1mm.
Beyond the safe range will damage the probe and probe.

04. The probe has two built-in 3V CR1616 lithium button batteries. Loosen the fastening screw and adjusting top wire when it is insufficient, remove the top cover to replace it. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery when replacing, and re-adjust the probe center position after replacement.

05. The side head does not support the detection of insulating materials and insulated machine bed.

06. The probe supports dust and a small amount of dripping and water resistance, do not drip for a long time and wash.
