Unlimited Data Storage, Zero Frame Loss is the Core Advantage
* The adapter has a hardware buffer of up to 512 frames per CAN channel and 128 frames per LIN channel, which can effectively resist high bus load impact and guarantee no loss of CAN/LIN messages. The software adopts file buffering technology; received data will be automatically saved into files, and the number of data frames receivable by the software depends on the free space of the local hard disk.

Support Parsing and Transmission of Vehicle-mounted DBC/LDF Protocols
* Users can load DBC/LDF files of vehicles or spare parts to parse application protocols, and send relevant instructions via DBC/LDF to directly control vehicles, facilitating the testing and maintenance of vehicle parts by complete vehicle manufacturers.

Support Message Playback and Variable Curve Plotting Functions
* Monitored CAN/LIN data can be saved as files for data playback via software. DBC/LDF files can be loaded to conduct curve analysis of variables. If no DBC/LDF files are available, users can also manually add custom variables for curve analysis.

Support CAN Relay and CAN/LIN Mutual Conversion
* CAN supports relay function, which can capture received and transmitted data of equipment without interfering with its normal operation. CAN/LIN mutual conversion supports online and offline modes, and multiple conversion rules can be configured to meet application demands of various scenarios.

Support CAN/LIN Firmware Upgrade Function
* It supports the CAN Bootloader (CAN firmware upgrade) function for STM32F1/2/4 series and TMS320F28335/2808 chips.
* Source codes for MCU end and upper computer end are provided free of charge, including LIN firmware upgrade source code for STM32F103. The codes can be directly applied to self-developed products to realize product firmware upgrade.

Permanent Free Firmware Upgrade for Products

Detailed Function Description:
1. CAN Bus Related
* Supports 2 channels of CAN 2.0A/B with built-in CAN transceivers, allowing direct connection to the CAN bus for data monitoring, transmission and reception.
* Baud rate range: 5kbps-1Mbps. Multiple baud rates are selectable directly via software, and arbitrary baud rates can be customized.
* Equipped with an internal 120Ω termination resistor; software controls whether it is connected to the bus.
* The interface features over-current and over-voltage protection to maximize protection of internal chips from damage.
* Supports offline CAN data transmission: users only need to write data to the adapter via the TCANLINPro software. The adapter will automatically transmit the written CAN data when powered by a USB charger.
* In offline transmission mode, one LIN bus channel can be connected to a push-button switch to trigger data transmission.
* Supports CAN relay function, which captures transmitted and received CAN bus data without interfering with the normal operation of original devices. The CAN relay function can work offline.
* The powerful TCANLINPro software supports unlimited CAN data monitoring & recording, data playback, data filtering, real-time data refresh display, list-mode data transceiving, data waveform visualization, and data parsing & transceiving via DBC files.
* Captured CAN bus data can be played back through the TCANLINPro software.
* Compatible with ZLG's CANTest and CANPro software. Copy USB2XXX.dll and libusb1-0.dll from our software installation directory to the ZLG software folder, rename USB2XXX.dll to ControlCAN.dll, and replace the original file.
* Multiple data transmission list files can be displayed on a single interface; clicking the corresponding icon sends data from the matched list.

2. LIN Bus Related
* Supports up to 2 channels of LIN 1.0-2.2 with built-in LIN transceivers for direct LIN bus connection, data monitoring and transceiving. The LIN bus supports master and slave modes.
* Baud rate range: 2kbps-100kbps. Baud rates can be arbitrarily configured, and existing bus baud rates can be automatically detected.
* When configured as master mode, the internal 1K pull-up resistor is automatically enabled. A built-in 5V-to-12V power supply eliminates the need for an external 12V power source. The 12V output can supply external devices with a maximum output current of 100mA.
* The LIN interface and 12V output interface have built-in over-current and over-voltage protection to fully protect internal chips.
* For LIN buses with other voltage levels such as 24V, connect an external 24V power supply to the 12V output port.
* Supports offline LIN data transmission: write data to the adapter via TCANLINPro software, and the adapter will automatically send the stored LIN data when powered by a USB charger.
* In offline transmission mode, one LIN channel can be wired to a push-button switch to trigger data transmission.
* The TCANLINPro software enables unlimited LIN data recording, data playback, data filtering, real-time data refresh, list-based data transceiving, waveform display, and data parsing & communication via LDF files.
* LIN supports master and slave modes. Master mode independently transmits sync interval signals and header frames; slave mode can be configured to send data to the bus after receiving headers with specified IDs.
* While transmitting data in LIN master mode, the adapter simultaneously monitors and receives bus data to verify transmission accuracy (a critical function).
* Captured LIN bus data can be replayed via the TCANLINPro software.
* Supports firmware flashing for chips including MLX81106/MLX81109 (LIN bus ambient light ICs), and automatically tests firmware functionality after flashing.
* Multiple data transmission list files can be displayed on a single interface; click the corresponding icon to send data from the target list.

3. PWM Related
* LIN bus interfaces can double as PWM signal outputs. Two LIN channels output two independent PWM signals, whose phase, frequency and duty cycle are adjustable via software.
* The PWM port can detect incoming PWM signals in the frequency range of 20Hz-100KHz, measuring both frequency and duty cycle.
* The default PWM output voltage is 12V. After disabling the 12V output via software, connect an external voltage source to the 12V output port to generate PWM waveforms at alternative voltage levels.
* PWM output frequency range: 1Hz-100KHz, and duty cycle precision can be configured according to actual requirements.

4. K Bus Related
* A complete set of K bus transceiving functions encapsulated per the K bus protocol; users can call these functions to realize K bus data transmission and reception.
