Instructions for Use:
a. Input 15K low-resolution PC signal or European standard SCART signal, and output NTSC standard S-Video.
b. Input 15K low-resolution PC signal or European standard SCART signal, and output European standard through VGA port after purification
c. RGBS or low-resolution PC is combined into composite synchronous RGBS signal, and connect to color monitor or TV with VGA to 5BNC cable.
