Using Method:
- Welding with argon gas: First, connect the argon gas pipeline, connect the power cord and plug in the power supply (this step is not required when using the built-in power supply), turn on the POWER button of the power switch, adjust the required heat energy according to the size of the thermocouple wire to be welded (adjust the LEVEL knob positioning), select the AUTO/MAN button (usually using MAN mode), turn on the argon gas and adjust the AIR PRESSURE knob to the appropriate position, connect the foot switch (connected to the REMOTE port): plug in the welding tongs (inserted to OUT) At the output end, wear protective goggles and clamp the two bare thermocouple wires to be welded with welding tongs at the same time (note: the two bare thermocouple wires clamped at this time should be pieced together as much as possible, with the outer ends of the wires flat and kept at a certain distance from the clamp mouth. A short distance may cause the wire body to shrink into a ball and get stuck with the tongs during welding, while a long distance may cause the bare wires between the wire bodies of the solder ball to be too long, which damages the appearance and can easily short-circuit and affect the measurement). Finally, start the foot switch and touch the clamped thermocouple wires onto the welding electrode for welding. The perfect solder ball will come out.

- Welding without argon gas: Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, adjust the LEVEL knob positioning, insert the welding tongs, wear protective goggles, clamp the two bare thermocouple wires to be welded, and finally touch the clamped thermocouple wires onto the welding electrode for welding.
